What should I do to return a purchase?
1. Any returns / repairs to TV Ears Inc. must first be approved and given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # by TV Ears Inc.
2. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # must be on the packaging used to ship the TV Ears product back to TV Ears, in the original packaging or packaging that affords the same amount of protection to the product.
To obtain an RMA# from TV Ears please call 1-888-883-3277 Monday - Friday 7AM to 4PM, Pacific Standard Time.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA# CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE OR SHIPPING LABEL.
