Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Shipping Timeline
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same day. However, please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. During periods of high order volume, your order may take longer to ship. You’ll receive a notification and tracking number via email once a tracking label has been created. Note that it may take a few hours for tracking updates to appear, depending on the carrier.

On average, orders within the USA are delivered within 3-4 business days after fulfillment, though delivery may occur sooner in some cases.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined based on the size of your order. Below are the rates for Ground and Express shipping, along with examples of what qualifies for each order size.

Ground Shipping Rates

  • Small Orders (≤3 accessories): $5.95
    Example: 1 accessory, 2 accessories, or 3 accessories (e.g., ear tips, batteries).
  • Medium Orders (1 system + 1 accessory): $12.95
    Example: 1 TV Ears system and 1 accessory (e.g., a headset or transmitter), maximum.
  • Large Orders (2 systems OR 1 speaker): $15.95
    Example: 2 TV Ears systems or 1 TV Ears speaker.


Express Shipping Rates

  • Small Orders (≤3 accessories): $14.95
    Example: 1 accessory, 2 accessories, or 3 accessories (e.g., ear tips, batteries).
  • Medium Orders (1 system + 1 accessory): $19.95
    Example: 1 TV Ears system and 1 accessory (e.g., a headset or transmitter), maximum.
  • Large Orders (2 systems OR 1 speaker): $24.95
    Example: 2 TV Ears systems or 1 TV Ears speaker.


PO Box Shipping Rules
We are unable to ship Express orders to PO Box addresses. If your shipping address is a PO Box, only Ground shipping options will be available at checkout. Please ensure your address is correctly entered to avoid delays.

Restricted Item Notice
Due to shipping and inventory restrictions, checkout is not allowed with more than 2 items of the following SKUs: 21290 (TV Ears Speaker System), 20234 (TV Ears Speaker Only), 40880 (Battery), 22741 (TV Ears Long Range 5.8 Digital System), or 22621 (TV Ears Long Range 5.8 Digital Headset). If your cart contains more than 2 of these items, you’ll need to edit your cart to proceed with checkout.

Example: A cart with 3 TV Ears Speaker Systems (SKU 21290) will not be allowed to proceed to checkout. You’ll need to reduce the quantity to 2 or fewer to continue.

Shipping Damages
TV Ears, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as these may be required by the carrier.

Product Returns
To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Obtain a Return Number: Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returned products without an RMA number.
  2. Label the Package: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Returns without a visible and legible RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Product Back: Package the TV Ears® product in its original packaging or in packaging that will protect the contents during shipping. Shipping costs for returns are not covered by TV Ears®. Please ship the return to the following address:
